¼ CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 TABLESPOON BUTTER

2 TABLESPOON EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE

4 CUPS OF VEGETABLE STOCK
Steps

IN A DEEP PAN ADD OLIVE OIL HEAT WELL AND ADD GARLIC SAUTE A
LITTLE ADD CHOPPED ONION SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT.

ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS SAUTE WELL THEN ADD SOAKED RICE SAUTE
WELL.

ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES TOSS WELL AND ADD STOCK, SALT, RED
CHILLY FLAKES AND FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER.

CLOSE THE LID AND COOK TILL THE RICE COOKS WELL.

THEN ADD CREAM, CHEESE AND BUTTER STIR WELL THEN TRANSFER TO
A SERVING DISH AND GARNISH WITH CILANTRO AND SERVE.
