Let me start by thanking all of you for believing in this journey of Agro Processing industry which I took 15 years ago. A journey that I believed in and wanted to be part of. And today the journey I took has transcended into the creation of an industry that has put my home dwelling Raxaul District, East Champaran on the world map. The absence of an Industry in this region to assist the farmer sell his crop in a timely manner was missing and that’s what prompted me to start Ripuraj Agro Private Limited. This organization is also known as RAPL and today is one of the largest rice milling and processing plants in the country, second to none! It gives us great pleasure to state that the rice brand ‘Ripu Raj’ has become a household name not only in Bihar, but also in many other states of our country. With a background of more than three decades of farming experience, it is but natural that the Management of ‘Ripuraj Agro Pvt. Ltd’ produce some of the best rice varieties in the country. The plant, located at Raxaul, has a capacity to produce 300 metric tons per day of different varieties of rice. Stringent quality control measures are adopted in the plant, to ensure that customers get the best rice of assured quality at all times.
It is planned to extend the product range to other agro based commodities. In addition, hectic efforts are on, to establish sales outlets and where feasible warehouses, to cater to the demands of Ripu Raj rice across the length and breadth of our country. We are confident that, with the emphasis on quality at ‘Ripuraj Agro Pvt. Ltd, we will be able to market Ripuraj rice, in the international market as well and perform better. Hence, we have an understanding of not just the market but the need of delivering quality to the market.
